PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The HDPE 1200 extrusion line can produce 1200 SDR9 series ultra-thick pipes
The motor speed of extruder and haul-off are measured and speed feedback by the encoder, which ensures the stability of screw speed and traction speed.
The optimized design of screw and barrel for extruder, it can guarantee a good plasticizing effect of the screw at high speed, to achieve higher output and lower energy consumption.
Die head using Inner Pipe Cooling System, can improve the cooling effect, reduce the length of spray cooling tank and save production costs.
The extrusion line can realize various controls on downstream equipment by the extruder.

HAUL-OFF
HDPE 1200 pipe extrusion line uses H1200-12 haul-off. This model has a strong traction capacity. It uses 12 tracks, each of them is driven by a separate asynchronous motor. The specially designed 6+6 structure with max traction 140000N, can expand the production range and meet the traction of heavy-duty pipe SDR9 1200*133.4mm. The winch with heavy-duty design, free of traction pipe, adopts 10 years maintenance-free imported LENZE motor and controller. It can guarantee that the pipes are qualified and can achieve synchronization with track traction; With its imported encoders, the synchronous control is achieved through the digital controller to ensure the accurate synchronization of the speed of each track and feed back to the extruder truly and accurately.
CUTTER
HDPE 1200 pipe extrusion line uses C1200P cutter, which is suitable for the cutting of large diameter PO pipes. Extra-thick pipe cutting device is optional, and the maximum cutting thickness is 180mm. It has the characteristics of no sawdust, no noise, low cost and high performance. Its cutting table is driven by air cylinder and uses imported hydraulic unit, which is safe and efficient.
